ABOUT ME
My name is Shreya Nimmagadda. I'm a senior at Heritage High School in Frisco, Texas, where I am taking part in the Independent Study and Mentorship Program. I'm interested in studying the field of aerospace engineering, and over the course of the year, I hope to learn more about this career path and gain experience by working with a professional mentor. Furthermore, I want to develop a sense of professionalism, as well as public speaking and interview skills throughout the course of the year.

At my school, I am involved in several activities, such as Business Professionals of America and orchestra. I plan to continue to dedicate myself to these activities, and learn new things as the year goes on.
MISSION STATEMENT
My mission in ISM is to develop my interest in and knowledge of the civil engineering field. I plan to do this by working diligently with my mentor to create a successful project that accurately displays the knowledge I have gained throughout the course of the year. I will use the qualities of professionalism and communication to my advantage in order to succeed in this program. Most importantly, I will stay motivated, compassionate, and true to myself. I will keep my integrity and make the right choices, knowing that my choices are most important in defining my successes.
